Individuation is the psychotherapy process wherein one gets to be a whole and authentic person by incorporating the conscious and unconscious parts of the psyche.
2. What does “integrating your shadow” mean?
It means that you recognize and accept the hidden or rejected features of your personality rather than denying or projecting them onto other people.
