I'm Dr. Bren Hudson, and I offer a blend of Jungian depth psychology and Buddhist and Taoist wisdom. After 15 years in corporate consulting, I answered my soul's calling in 2005 to help people navigate life's deepest challenges.

Based in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina, I work with clients worldwide through secure online sessions. My approach integrates Jungian concepts with practical tools for trauma healing, shadow work, and spiritual transformation.
