Life Coaching on SKYPE

DR BREN, trained both as a life coach and a depth psychologist, focuses on individuals and couples suffering with relationship issues, career issues and / or spiritual issues, as well as helping individuals self-actualize. She does not work with people who have mental disorders, who should seek a licensed clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.

DR BREN’s Life Coaching aims toward psychological wholeness. While psychotherapists and MFT’s (marriage family therapists) focus on the mental disorders, and most life coaches focus on behavior modification, DR BREN | LIFE COACHING FOR THE SOUL focuses on normal people with normal life issues and those who looking to self-actualize.

DR BREN specializes in dream work and Joseph Campbell’s The Soul Journey.

Online Video Coaching

DR BREN offers 30 or 60 minute sessions via Skype. If you don’t have a Skype account, please know it is free and easy to setup. See Skype.com for details.

DR BREN accepts mailed checks or Paypal prior to the time of service. No exceptions.

DR BREN also offers in-person life coaching in her Hollywood, CA office.
